the Land Trust's new tax-deductable
501(c)(3) status facilitates
direct donations & gifts

Donations, of all kinds, are vital to the survival and success of the Crestone/Baca Land Trust. Initially, we were able to receive tax-deductable donations through the help of other non-profit groups who were able to place us under the umbrella of their official IRS tax-deductable status.

Today, after a multi-year process, the Land Trust has been granted official 501 (c) (3) status, and we are now able to accept such donations directly.

Everything helps. Donations, large and small, keep the Land Trust going. All donations are welcome and truly appreciated. Donations of money, naturally, but also of artwork that we may auction off at fundraisers (and on our online auction page on this web site). And remember, you can also donate your time as a volunteer for Land Trust activities if you can't spare a cash donation at this time.

Thanks for supporting this important effort, and helping to keep the Crestone/Baca Grande region and the Northern Sangre de Cristos of our San Luis Valley such a special and unspoiled environment.
